Director of Training:
The Director is responsible for the development of student educational programs and schedules. Admission to the school is approved by the Director.

Educational Consultant:
The Educational Consultant is responsible for the initial meetings with each student. After reviewing the students' Career Assessment Profile, the Educational Consultant with work with each student to determine the most appropriate Career Education Plan.

Career Advisor:
The Career Advisor works with students who have completed at least two minor certifications or one major technical certification to develop resume writing skills, interviewing skills, and overall business communication skills. The Career Advisor provides each student with job placement assistance.

Student Liaison:
The Student Liaison is central communication officer for enrolled students. The Student Liaison is responsible for student registrations, schedule changes, practice test distribution, exam voucher distribution and exam monitoring.

Instructors:
The Instructors are appropriately certified for the classes which they teach. The Instructors are responsible for teaching the classes as scheduled and providing student mentoring when necessary. Note: Not all instructors serve as mentors.
