New Horizons Computer Learning Centers conducts more Microsoft technical training and Microsoft Certification than any other company.

According to a study conducted by Applied Research Consultants, 90% of Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP's) said certification was extremely useful in their work. In another study, managers and supervisors felt their MCP’s were significantly more competent than non-certified employees. This is valuable proof certification means increased knowledge and enhanced credibility.

New Horizons is among the largest networks of Microsoft Gold Certified Partners for Learning Solutions and Microsoft Certified Partners for Learning Solutions (CPLS) in the world. We provide courses to thousands of students each year - more than any other company. Every course follows the Microsoft Official Curriculum and is taught by a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

New Horizons offers a full range of Microsoft certifications and training, including courses mapping to the following certifications:

Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
The Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications provide the foundation for Microsoft Certification. These certifications are designed to validate your skills on the features and functionality of key technologies. You can show your depth of knowledge in one specific technology, earn multiple MCTS certifications to show breadth across different products, or build on the MCTS to earn a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) credential.

Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
The Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) credential validates that an individual has the comprehensive set of skills necessary to perform a particular job role, such as database administrator or enterprise messaging administrator. MCITP certifications build on the technical proficiency measured in the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications. Therefore, you will earn one or more MCTS certifications on your way to earning an MCITP credential.

The Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) credential shows clients and employers that you can design, implement, and administer infrastructures for business solutions based on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and other Windows server platforms. Implementation responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network systems. This credential also covers Active Directory, which helps organizations simplify IT management, strengthen security, extend interoperability of systems and software, and ultimately reduce costs. The MCSE credential not only equips you to manage an organization's Active Directory but to plan strategically for its future network enhancements.
The Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) demonstrates your ability to design, implement, and manage the administration of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 databases successfully. The (MCDBA) credential shows customers and employers you can effectively lead their database administration programs, and provides you with the option to upgrade your credential to support Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or SQL Server 2009 as business needs dictate.
The Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) credential validates a comprehensive set of skills that are necessary to deploy, build, optimize, and operate applications successfully by using Microsoft Visual Studio and the Microsoft .NET Framework. This credential is designed to provide hiring managers with a strong indicator of your potential job success. It requires two to three years of relevant experience and a commitment to remaining current in best practices and technologies.

Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)

The Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) credential validates your ability to manage and troubleshoot network environments in the Windows operating system. It reflects a unique set of skills required to succeed in a variety of job roles, such as systems administrator, network administrator, information systems administrator, network operations analyst, network technician, and technical support specialist. MCSA certification can help advance your career by confirming that you have the skills necessary to successfully manage and troubleshoot system environments.

Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
The Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) credential proves your ability to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments that run on the Microsoft Windows operating system. It also shows you have the necessary soft skills to educate users and help them solve hardware and software operation and application problems on Windows.

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
The Microsoft Office Specialist program is globally recognized as the standard for demonstrating desktop skills with the Microsoft Office suite of business productivity applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook) and the Microsoft Project applications. With a Office Specialist certification, thousands of people have demonstrated increased productivity and have proved their ability to utilize the advanced functionality of these Microsoft applications.
