New Training Options from New Horizons & TechKnowledge

In response to growing customer demand, New Horizons of Raleigh & TechKnowledge are excited to announce a new series of technical training on the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).  ITIL is a collection of best practices focused on IT service management and is quickly becoming the most popular process framework for IT organizations in both the public and private sector.

 New Horizons and TechKnowledge is rolling out a comprehensive catalog of courses that are EXIN-certified and will help lead towards Foundation, Practioner and Service Manager Certification.  We will offer the most popular courses as public schedule offerings; all courses in the catalog will be available as private, on-site engagements. 

TechKnowledge has been providing technical training for large corporate and public sector organizations for over twenty years.  TechKnowledge offers training in subjects as diverse as IBM mainframe/midrange operational management, WebSphere, Linux and now ITIL/ITSM/CoBIT.

		ITIL Foundation Course (EXIN) This case study driven course leads to ITIL Foundation Certification (EXIN).  The final class segment focuses on exam preparation and then the exam is actually taken by students wishing to do so.  Exam results will be sent directly to the student.  The exam fee of $145 is included in the course fee.
