New Horizons believes in the training it delivers and guarantees its quality by extending to our students a test pass guarantee.

To qualify for the Test Pass Guarantee, you must do the following:

1. Attend all days/evenings of the courses required for the certification exam.

2. Take the appropriate Measure Up exam in preparation for the certification exam. You must score a 90% on Certification Mode using the whole bank of questions to qualify for the test pass guarantee. A New Horizons representative must be able to verify your score. (Lab students, please see front desk. Students who take the exam at home, please forward a copy to your Career Counselor or Account Executive)

3. Schedule your exam. The exam can be taken at New Horizons or another Authorized Testing Center.

4. If you do not meet the required score to pass the certification exam, contact your Education Consultant. New Horizons will pay for your exams until you pass! (Must repeat step 2 before each exam attemp.)
